Production Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Schedule and coordinate roofing and siding jobs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Review contracts and measurement reports to ensure accurate cost estimation and adherence to budgets.
• Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability for projects.
• Communicate with homeowners to schedule installations and address any concerns or questions.
• Upload documents of invoices and other needed items to maintain tracking.
• Develop and maintain a reliable time schedule to prevent job backlogs and minimize project turnaround time.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement proactive measures to maintain timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the roofing and siding industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and measurement reports accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with homeowners and team members.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Has subcontractor list and ideas to improve cost efficiency and job efficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time.
• Pay: $60,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
